We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our finance team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with daily financial operations, financial analysis, budgeting support, and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform data entry, account reconciliations, and routine ledger maintenance.
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Track accounts payable/receivable and process invoices efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure financial accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong numerical agility and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and basic financial modeling concepts.
- High attention to detail, robust communication skills, and an eagerness to learn.
- Tally, TDS, GST basic knowledge
