This role sits at the Group level, providing strategic and operational support across all three businesses. The position offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial, financial, and business activities, working closely with leadership to drive growth, performance, and operational excellence across the group.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, in office position based at Tussle Digital's office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana, India . The role is responsible for providing support for finance & compliance operations across the Group, ensuring the smooth operation of business activities and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Role reports to group CFO The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO, while supporting key people, culture, and administrative initiatives across the Group.

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and reporting skills, a good understanding of Indian taxation and compliance requirements, and experience working with accounting and finance software. Candidates pursuing CA will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities





- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assistance in preparations of financial reports
- Assist with daily accounting and technical finance operations.
- Support GST, TDS, and other compliance-related activities.
- Assisting in timely completion of taxation and compliance deadlines.
- Perform monthly accounts reconciliations and verify financial data accuracy.
- Work closely with the CFO on reporting, analysis, and finance-related tasks.
- Coordinate with external accounting firms.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Finance & Accounting is must.
- Candidates pursuing CA will be highly preferred.
- Experience working in a CA firm or accounting agency is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level). Tally experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with accounting, finance, and reporting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy CA/ CPA or related certification will be preferable.
- Experience in handling compliance and taxation-related activities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
