Experience: 3-4 years experience specifically in the compliance department.

1. GST Compliance

- Timely preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other GST returns.

- GST sales/purchase and ITC reconciliation.

- Handling GST notices, queries and discrepancies.

- Maintaining GST workings and supporting documents.

- Assistance in GSTR-9/9C and monitoring GST payments and ledgers.

1. TDS &
- Income Tax

- Timely preparation and filing of TDS returns.

- Verification and reconciliation of TDS with books and TRACES.

- Monitoring TDS challans and unconsumed balances.

- Assistance in handling tax notices and queries.

1. Statutory Compliance

- Coordination of PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax and other applicable compliances.

- Ensuring timely statutory payments and returns.

- Maintaining compliance calendars and records.

1. Accounting &
- Reconciliation

- Verification of statutory accounting entries and ledgers.





- Monthly reconciliation of statutory balances with books.

- Supporting month-end/year-end closing and maintaining audit trails.

1. Audit &
- Regulatory Support

- Providing schedules and documents for statutory/internal audits.

- Coordination with auditors and consultants.

- Tracking and closing audit observations.

1. Compliance Monitoring &
- Reporting

- Maintaining monthly compliance calendar and ensuring zero missed deadlines.

- Preparing compliance status reports for the Finance Manager.

- Timely escalation of compliance risks, mismatches and pending matters.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
