Role Description:

The Finance Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounting processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting.

The Finance

Controller will monitor budgets, track cash flows, support forecasting, and provide analytical insights to guide business decisions.





Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, coordinating audits, and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, optimize financial performance, and contribute to long-term financial planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Accounting and Financial Statements preparation skills.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial control, audit, or corporate finance, preferably in a high-growth or edtech workplace.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software, and strong Excel or data analysis capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to implement internal controls, manage compliance, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
