Designation: Finance Controller

Experience: 5-8 years

Qualification: CA or ICWA

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives, reporting directly to the Director.
- Develops long-term capital strategy (e.g., funding, treasury, capital allocation).
- Leads fundraising efforts—negotiates with investors, banks, private equity etc.
- Manages relationships with investors, lenders, analysts, and boards.
- Steer efforts in improving profitability and drive the business on a growth path by expansion and implement the new strategy for the organization.
- Hands on experience in: Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and project cost analysis, fund management, working capital management and investments.
- Designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, annual report, and accounts.




- Analysing business operation, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice and report the outcome as part of monthly MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

- Mandatory experience in Financial Planning & Controlling
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report complex financial information clearly.
- Solid leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
