- Prepare complete Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) reports, cash flow projections, and working capital requirement models.
- Coordinate directly with public/private sector banks and NBFCs, leading end-to-end interactions with credit committees and relationship managers.
- Resolve bank queries regarding audited balance sheets, GST matching, debtor aging, and business viability.
- Manage the disbursement process, including legal search reports, property valuation, stock inspections, and documentation execution.
- Maintain post-sanction compliance: monthly stock and debtor statements, Drawing Power (DP) calculations, and annual renewals.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of direct experience in SME/Commercial Lending, Debt Syndication, or Corporate Treasury.
- Prior experience working as a Credit Manager / Relationship Manager in an SME banking division or in a specialized debt consulting advisory is strongly preferred.
- Expert-level command over CMA preparation, financial ratio analysis, and credit underwriting norms.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills with bank officials.
- CA, CA-Inter, MBA (Finance), or equivalent commercial finance degree.
