? Role: Finance AdministratorWe are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to manage daily financial operations and support overall financial planning. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

? Key Responsibilities

- Process customer and vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Monitor expenses and support budgeting & forecasting
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management
- Handle bank, vendor, customer, GST & TDS reconciliations




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, and external partners
- Support internal and external audits
- Manage GST & TDS filings and related documentation
- Work efficiently on accounting software systems

? Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of GST & TDS filing
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain finance preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline‑driven setting
