About the Role

Redragaa Films is looking for a Film Production Executive who is passionate about filmmaking, organized, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to skilled film production.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in pre-production, shoot planning, and coordination.
- Support script breakdowns, shot planning, and call sheets.
- Coordinate with clients, crew, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist during shoots and ensure smooth execution.
- Track schedules, project progress, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with editors and post-production teams.
- Maintain production documents and project trackers.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about films, storytelling, and content creation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or editing is a plus.
