We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. This is a field-based role involving customer visits, machine installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations for service and maintenance activities.
- Handle machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and breakdown service in customer place.
- Identify and resolve mechanical/electrical issues at customer sites.
- Travel to different customer locations as required.
- Prepare service reports after customer visits.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal technical team.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers can apply.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role and travel to customer locations.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic technical knowledge is preferred.
