Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktop computers.
- Perform laptop servicing, repair, maintenance, and component replacement.
- Troubleshoot issues related to motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, batteries, displays, keyboards, touchpads, charging ports, and cooling systems.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and system updates.
- Perform hardware upgrades such as RAM and SSD replacement/upgrades.
- Diagnose operating system, driver, boot, performance, and connectivity problems.
- Perform laptop cleaning, thermal paste replacement, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, HDMI, audio, camera, and other peripheral issues.
- Conduct hardware testing after repairs to ensure the laptop is functioning properly.
- Maintain service records, repair reports, and spare-parts documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers and explain repair requirements clearly.
- Follow proper ESD and safety procedures while handling electronic components.
- Escalate complex motherboard-level or hardware issues when required.





Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting.
- Required two wheeler license.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, formatting, partitioning, and driver installation.
- Understanding of computer components and their functions.
- Basic knowledge of networking and internet troubleshooting.
- Ability to identify faulty hardware and replace components.
- Valuable problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, or a Degree in a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in laptop/computer servicing or technical support.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and practical skills may also be considered.
