Key Responsibilities

- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Attending service calls and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Preparing service reports and maintaining accurate records of visits and repairs.
- Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts, escalations, and technical support.
- Providing product demonstrations and basic operational training to customers when required.
- Ensuring proper handling and safety of equipment during servicing.
- Maintaining skilled behavior and customer satisfaction during field visits.
- Traveling to client locations as assigned by the company.

Skills Required

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
- Willingness to travel for service-related assignments.
