Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This position involves visiting retail outlets, distributors, and potential partners to promote and sell XLONS health, beauty, and home cleaning products. The specialist will identify and pursue new leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate sales terms, and ensure effective placement and visibility of products in the market.

Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, collecting market feedback, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with the internal sales operations team.



The role requires regular travel within assigned territories and adherence to company sales targets and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, handle inquiries, and address concerns effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, convert prospects, and expand the customer base.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage basic reporting, order follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
- Prior field sales experience in FMCG, personal care, or home care products is beneficial.
- Ability to travel within Uttar Pradesh, manage time efficiently, and work independently toward targets.
- Basic proficiency in local languages and English, along with familiarity with smartphones or sales apps, is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
