We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our Field Sales team. The ideal candidate should have relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.

Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, Digital Marketing, Business Listing Platforms, or similar industries will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain products/services to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Must be comfortable and willing to work in a field sales role.
- Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, Digital Marketing, or Business Listing Platforms will be preferred.
- Candidates from IndiaMART, GoNukkad, or similar organizations will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

COMPENSATION & TARGET

Fixed Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be offered based on achievement of defined sales targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
