We are looking for dedicated and technically skilled Field Technicians who are passionate about field work and customer service.

PosiƟon Summary

We are seeking enthusiasƟc and responsible Field Technicians to handle installaƟon, servicing,

troubleshooƟng, and prevenƟve maintenance of CCTV systems and Smart MoƟon Sensor LighƟng soluƟons. The ideal candidate should possess basic electrical and technical knowledge, be willing to travel across Pune, and have a customer-focused approach.

Freshers with an ITI or Diploma and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key ResponsibiliƟes

CCTV Systems

 InstallaƟon and commissioning of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs and related accessories.

 TroubleshooƟng and recƟficaƟon of CCTV system faults.

 PrevenƟve maintenance under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

 Basic networking and cable connecƟvity checks.

 TesƟng and commissioning aŌer installaƟon or repair.

Smart LighƟng Systems

 InstallaƟon and servicing of Smart MoƟon Sensor Lights.

 Electrical wiring, replacement and troubleshooƟng of lighƟng fixtures.

 TesƟng and commissioning of installed products.

 PrevenƟve maintenance and fault diagnosis.

General ResponsibiliƟes





 AƩend scheduled service calls and AMC visits across Pune.

 Conduct site surveys before installaƟons whenever required.

 Demonstrate product funcƟonality to customers aŌer installaƟon.

 Provide basic operaƟonal guidance to customers.

 Prepare service reports and obtain customer acknowledgements.

 Upload installaƟon and service photographs as per company procedures.

 Coordinate with the OperaƟons Manager regarding daily assignments and work status.

 Ensure Ɵmely compleƟon of assigned work while maintaining high service quality.

 Maintain tools, equipment, and safety standards during field work.

 Represent the company professionally at customer locaƟons.

Nature of Work

 10% InstallaƟon Projects

 40% Service Calls

 50% PrevenƟve & CorrecƟve AMC Visits

Desired Candidate Profile

 Experience: 1–2 years in CCTV, Electrical, Electronics, Field Service, or a related technical field.

 Freshers with ITI (Electrician/Electronics) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics are also welcome to apply.

 Graduates with relevant technical skills may also apply.

 Basic understanding of electrical wiring and electronic equipment.

 Knowledge of CCTV systems will be preferred.

 Good troubleshooƟng and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to communicate politely with customers.





 Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.

 PosiƟve aƫtude, discipline, and eagerness to learn.

Mandatory Requirements

 Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.

 Own Two-Wheeler for daily field visits.

 Willingness to travel across Pune.

 Ability to work independently at customer sites.

 Monday to Saturday

 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

ReporƟng Structure The Field Technician will report directly to the OperaƟons Manager.

CompensaƟon & Benefits

Salary

CTC: ₹1.44 LPA – ₹2.16 LPA

(Equivalent to ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on qualificaƟons and experience.). For the right candidate, we are also ready to stretch our budget a bit.
