We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative who’s energetic, relationship-driven, and passionate about growing with a purpose-led brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building connections, and representing a premium, design-focused healthcare apparel company on the ground.

This isn’t just a sales job — it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of how DSM Workwear is introduced across hospitals, nursing homes, and wellness centers.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Visiting hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and wellness spaces to showcase our premium uniforms and build relationships with doctors, administrators, and decision-makers
- Understanding the everyday challenges of existing uniforms — from discomfort and lack of fit to limited functionality
- Presenting customized uniform solutions that are functional, breathable, and enhance professional appearance
- Gathering insights on client needs, observing buying behavior, and identifying new opportunities in the market




- Sharing feedback and market trends with our design and product teams to continuously improve our offerings
- Playing a key role in expanding DSM Workwear’s presence across key regions and strengthening our brand positioning

This role combines on-ground engagement with strategic input, perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands the healthcare landscape, and wants to grow with a brand that’s redefining professional workwear. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
