Job Summary The Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales, developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and potential clients regularly.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company system.
- Attend sales meetings and training programs.
- Ensure proper market coverage and territory management.
- Follow company policies, procedures,



and professional standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/mobile sales applications.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Reporting Reports to: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
