Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, explaining solar solutions and advantages, preparing quotations, following up with prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, local networking, and other channels.
- Visit residential, commercial, industrial, and other potential customers to understand their solar requirements.
- Explain solar products, system capacity, electricity savings, ROI, subsidies, financing options, and installation processes to customers.
- Conduct site visits and collect basic information such as electricity bills, roof area, sanctioned load, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, system design, and quotations.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects through calls and personal visits.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales as per company policies.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Generate business through referrals and local market development.
- Keep track of competitors, market prices, products, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily field-visit reports, lead details, follow-ups, and sales records.
- Coordinate with installation, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely collection of required customer information and payments.

- Knowledge of solar energy systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of electricity bills and solar system capacity is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and mobile applications.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
