Role & responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and local networking.

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and other educational institutions regularly.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EdTech solutions.

- Present and explain SmartChaser products, including: Interactive Digital Boards, 4K PTZ Cameras, Robotics Labs for Schools, All-in-One PCs, K-12 Digital Content and Hybrid Classroom Solutions.

- Arrange and conduct product demonstrations for school management, principals, directors, teachers, and decision-makers.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the internal team for product demonstrations, quotations, installation, and customer support. SmartChaser | Business Development Executive (Field)





- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
- Explore new markets and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate

- Experience: 0 to 1 years in Business Development Executive, direct sales, EdTech.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and comfortable communicating with school authorities and decision-makers.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined.

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: 14,000 to 18,000 per month .

- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives in addition to salary.

- Transport Compensation: Travel/transport expenses will be compensated as per company policy.
