As our Field Sales Executive for the OnKommon platform, you are the vital link between our advanced lab and the oncologists who need these insights. You aren’t just selling a product; you are helping doctors make precision medicine a reality for their patients across Delhi NCR.

What a typical week looks like:

- Building Connections: Spending most of your day in the field, meeting face-to-face with oncologists, pathologists, and clinic staff to build genuine, lasting relationships.
- Educating & Problem Solving: Breaking down complex genomic testing (like our Sentinel and Transparent panels) into clear, actionable benefits for busy doctors.
- Owning the Process: Ensuring that from the moment a doctor orders a test to the moment the report is delivered,



the logistics are flawless and the clinic feels supported.
- Staying Organized: Taking a few minutes at the end of the day to log your progress and insights into HubSpot so our whole team stays aligned.

What you bring to the table:

- A background in science (B.Pharm, Biotech, or Life Sciences) so you can confidently talk shop with medical professionals.
- 1–4 years of field sales experience in healthcare. If you know the oncology landscape in Delhi NCR, that is a massive bonus.
- Empathy, hustle, and your own two-wheeler to navigate the city efficiently.
