Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to generate recent business and leads for the clinic.

- Approach corporates, offices, schools, colleges, institutions, societies, gyms and other organizations for business tie-ups.

- Promote health check-up packages, diagnostic services, OPD consultations and other clinic services.

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and other referral partners.

- Generate leads for corporate health check-ups, preventive health packages and diagnostic services.

- Arrange meetings and presentations with HR/Admin teams of companies for corporate tie-ups.

- Coordinate and support health camps, corporate camps and promotional activities.

- Regularly follow up with prospective clients and organizations to convert leads into business.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and referral clients for repeat business.

- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.

- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.





- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

- Coordinate with the clinic operations and front-office teams for smooth execution of corporate bookings and health camps.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales/business development.

- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Clinics, Pharma or Medical Sales will be preferred.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Must be comfortable with regular field visits.

- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

- Good knowledge of the Agra market will be preferred.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹10,512.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
