Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This role involves identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting DigitallyChalo’s digital marketing services, and building strong, long-term relationships.

The Field Sales

Executive will conduct regular client meetings, deliver product demonstrations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up on leads to close sales. Daily responsibilities include visiting businesses in designated territories, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.



The role requires consistent fieldwork, proactive communication, and a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building and communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of digital marketing services such as social media marketing, Google Ads, and SEO to explain offerings clearly to clients.
- Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, including territory management, time management, and basic reporting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
