Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to generate new business and expand the company's customer base for office furniture and related solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for field visits, lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, order conversion and maintaining strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references and market research.
- Visit corporate clients, offices, architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and project sites.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Present company products, catalogues, designs, specifications and quotations to clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into orders.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, production, installation, accounts and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.
- Submit daily visit reports, lead status,



sales reports and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities and company events whenever required.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales / B2B sales / business development preferred.
- Experience in office furniture, interior products, building materials, construction or related industries will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred
- Existing network with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and corporate clients.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Knowledge of Nagpur and surrounding markets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
