Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Engineer role based in the Mohali district.

The Field Sales

Engineer will identify and pursue current business opportunities, conduct client visits, and present Skillnet Learning’s Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing solutions to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client technical and training needs, preparing and delivering product and solution demonstrations, and providing pre-sales technical support. The role involves managing sales pipelines, maintaining relationships with key accounts, coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams, and preparing proposals, quotations,



and reports.

The Field Sales

Engineer will also contribute to market intelligence by gathering feedback, tracking competitors, and supporting continuous improvement of offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing technologies is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with frequent client visits in the field and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic business reporting, and standard productivity software (e.g., MS Office).
