Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly energetic and street-smart Field Recruiter who can actively source, screen, and onboard delivery riders across Mumbai. This role requires extensive fieldwork and strong people skills.

This is not a desk job. This is a hardcore field role for people who can go out, chase, convince, and close hires daily.

Mission: Hire delivery riders at scale fast

- Visit hotspots such as delivery hubs, dark stores, metro stations, fuel stations, mechanics/bike service centers/tea points etc. to source delivery partners
- Use BTL marketing for lead generation
- Approach and pitch Zerotime opportunities to potential riders
- Cold-call to the rider from available database
- Screen candidates based on basic eligibility (documents, vehicle, availability)
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth rider activation
- Maintain daily reports of leads, conversions, and challenges




- Build strong pipeline through local networks and referral channels for continuous hiring

Preferred candidate profile

- 12th pass / Graduate
- Overall 1-6 years of experience out of which minimum 1 years experience in field recruitment, rider hiring
- Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Marathi and basic English prefered)
- Must be proactive, persuasive, and target-driven
- Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)
- Candidates with experience in Zepto, Rapido, Instamart, Zomato, Blinkit, or Big Basket will be highly preferred
- Strong manpower backup and sourcing capability
- Must own a bike (mandatory for field work)
