- Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling and local market activities.

- Visit potential customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.

- Promote and sell Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Personal Loans, Business Loans and other financial products.

- Meet customers personally and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and required documents.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into business.

- Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.

- Coordinate with the internal team and bank representatives for smooth processing of cases.

- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Develop business through builders, property dealers, CAs, brokers, agents and other local market contacts.

- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.

- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
