Role Description The Field Operations Specialist will manage and coordinate day-to-day on-site activities to support real estate transactions and property management operations in Gurugram. This full-time role involves visiting properties, liaising with landlords, property owners, developers, and distribution partners, and ensuring accurate data collection and timely updates in the myfollo.com systems and dashboards. The specialist will oversee field-level process implementation,



monitor service quality, and help resolve operational issues that arise during site visits or customer interactions.

Responsibilities include supporting documentation and verification, coordinating with internal teams for smooth O2O execution, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders. The role is in office in Gurugram and requires regular local travel to project and property locations.

Qualifications

- Strong Field Operations and on-ground coordination skills, with experience managing site visits and property-related activities.
- Operations Management capabilities, including process adherence, workflow optimization, and basic reporting.
- Analytical Skills to interpret property data, portfolio performance, and operational metrics for decision-making.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, landlords, developers, and internal teams.
- Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, service issues, and on-site challenges.
- Knowledge of real estate processes or property management is an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools, mobile apps, and dashboards for data entry and tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, maintain professionalism, and manage time effectively.
