Role Description: We are seeking an experienced field officer to oversees the day-to-day supervision, deployment, and performance of security guards across assigned sites and overall maintenance of service quality.



Should have previous experience in managing security guards and security operations; an ex-military (armed forces) background is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to travel frequently between sites and respond swiftly to emergencies or client concerns.

Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling and duty allocation
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections
- Ensuring guards adhere to company standards & procedures
- Addressing any operational or disciplinary issues promptly
- Managing on-ground security staff and coordinating with clients
- Timely reporting of incidents
