About this role
We are looking for a Filed Executive to manage pickup and delivery requirements across different assigned sites in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
The employee will be assigned specific sites and will be responsible for picking up and delivering items such as groceries, food, documents, and other materials to the required locations in a timely and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned sites and locations for daily pickup and delivery requirements.
- Pick up groceries, food, documents, and other items from designated locations.
- Deliver items safely and on time to the assigned site/customer.
- Coordinate with the site team, customers, vendors, and internal operations team.
- Follow the daily delivery schedule and assigned routes.
- Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of all items.
- Verify items at the time of pickup and delivery.
- Obtain confirmation/proof of delivery wherever required.
- Inform the Operations Team immediately in case of any delay, issue, or discrepancy.
- Maintain daily records of pickups and deliveries.
- Use Google Maps/navigation to travel between assigned locations.
- Maintain professional behaviour and good communication while interacting with customers and site staff.
- Perform other delivery-related tasks assigned by the Operations Team.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Gurgaon/Gurugram locations and routes.
- Comfortable with daily field travel.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to manage multiple pickup and delivery tasks.
Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹18,000 per month
- Fuel/Travel allowance as per company policy
