Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for required materials.

- Source raw materials and products according to company requirements.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new vendors.

- Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.

- Monitor material availability and follow up on pending orders.

- Check supplier performance regarding quality, price, delivery, and service.

- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, logistics, and accounts teams.

- Inspect or arrange inspection of sourced materials as per specifications.

- Maintain supplier records, quotations, purchase details, and sourcing documents.





- Find alternative suppliers to reduce cost and avoid supply disruptions.

- Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Resolve issues related to shortages, quality defects, delayed deliveries, and rejected materials.

- Ensure sourcing activities follow company policies and approved budgets.

- Prepare regular reports on purchases, suppliers, costs, and pending materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
