Arkik is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is NOT a Digital Marketing Job.

This is a purely traditional, direct field-marketing role involving client visits, relationship building, lead generation, and business development.

Position

Marketing Manager – Field Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential clients and businesses directly
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations
- Generate leads through direct marketing and networking
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
- Develop local market presence and expand the customer base
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
- Prepare regular reports on field activities and conversions

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Confident in face-to-face client interaction
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Experience in traditional/field marketing will be an advantage

Important This is a field-based traditional marketing position.

Candidates looking specifically for Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, or Content Marketing roles are not the target for this position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,160.00 per month
