About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Executive who can generate local leads, build relationships with businesses and communities, and bring potential customers to Care Club for a Free Fat Check-up / Wellness Consultation.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential societies, offices, shops, gyms, salons, schools, coaching classes and local businesses.
- Generate daily local leads through field activities.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, coupons and promotional passes.
- Promote Care Club's Free Fat Check-up / Wellness Consultation.
- Identify people interested in weight loss and collect their contact details.
- Schedule appointments for the Care Club team.
- Follow up with leads and encourage them to visit the centre.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, shop owners, auto-rickshaw drivers, societies and professionals.
- Conduct small promotional activities and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, appointments and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Represent Care Club professionally in the local market.

Daily Target

Minimum Expected Activity:

- 30–40 field contacts/visits
- 15–20 genuine conversations
- 8–10 qualified leads
- 3–5 appointments
- 1–2 centre walk-ins





Targets can be adjusted based on the area and campaign.

- Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge

Performance KPIs The employee will be evaluated on:

- Number of new leads generated
- Qualified leads
- Appointments booked
- Walk-ins generated
- New client conversions
- Local business partnerships created
- Daily field activity and reporting

Reporting The Field Executive will report daily to the Care Club Owner/Manager and submit a easy daily activity report through WhatsApp/Google Sheet.

Main Goal

“Go into the local market → Find people who want to lose weight → Generate leads → Book appointments → Bring them to Care Club → Help convert them into clients.”

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
