Role & responsibilities

- Perform Stress analysis for various types of production non conformances
- Stress analysis includes calculation of loads, Static analysis, Fatigue analysis,Damage-Tolerance analysis using hand calculation methods.
- Damage tolerance analysis experience is must and highly preferred for this position.
- Understand the structure and the repair disposition and come up with analysis approach to qualify/certify the part under minimal guidance.
- Evaluate structural integrity of aircraft components by way of classical hand calculations.
- Generate documentation to report analysis and, test results to support certification/qualification.
- Familiar with regulatory framework (FAA), for warranting safety and regulatory compliance.

Analysis Tools : MSC PATRAN, NASTRAN, NASGRO/Any In-house Damage tolerance Analysis tools. Work Location : Devanahalli Bangalore.
