nPosition Summary:




nWe are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have robust technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, experience leading complex implementations, and the ability to mentor junior developers while driving platform innovation.
nThis role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on Discovery, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Asset Management, Custom Apps, integrations, and platform governance.
nGood to have knowledge about ServiceNow AI capabilities like Now Assist, skills, AI control Tower, LLM, Knowledge graph, Workflow data fabric and Chatbot.
