nWe are expanding our high-ticket sales team and are looking for experienced closers who know how to sell premium offerings—not discounts.

nWho We're Looking For:
nIf you have successfully sold products or services worth ₹1 lakh or more and enjoy consultative selling with serious buyers, we'd like to speak with you.
n

nThis role is ideal for professionals from coaching, education, consulting, luxury services, financial products, real estate, healthcare, or any industry involving high-value sales.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Consult with qualified inbound and outbound leads.n
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and buying motivations.n
- Present premium courses, consultation packages, and transformation programs.n




- Handle objections confidently and close high-value deals.n
- Build trust through consultative selling rather than aggressive pitching.n
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage your sales pipeline through CRM.n
- Achieve monthly revenue targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.n
- Make 150–200 calls daily through the CRM system.n

nMandatory Requirements:
n
- n
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.n
- Minimum qualification - Graduaten
- Proven experience selling products or services priced at ₹1 lakh or above.n
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.n
- Comfortable speaking with premium customers and decision-makers.n
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.n
- Self-driven, competitive, and performance-oriented.n

nCompensation:
nFixed salary up to ₹25000 - 38,000 per
