nAnoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack to join our Chennai team. In this role, you'll drive the technical direction of our products, lead a team of engineers, and stay hands-on with architecture, code, and delivery. nWhat You'll Do

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full stack applications built on Java and Oracle technologiesn
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full stack developersn
- Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the stackn
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutionsn
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarksn




- Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmapsn
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stackn
- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve engineering efficiencyn
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an agile environmentn

nWhat We're Looking For
n

n
- n
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership rolen
- Solid hands-on expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot, and related frameworksn
- Strong experience with Oracle Database — PL/SQL, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuningn
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or JSP/JSF) to guide full stack decisionsn
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and microservices architecturen
