Since 2016, we have been helping brands scale through performance-focused digital strategies, lead generation, branding, and high-impact marketing campaigns. Role Description We are looking for a Google Ads Expert with 4-6 years of hands-on agency experience managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple industries and budget scales. This is not a role for someone who sets up campaigns and waits for results. Senior Performance Marketer/Google Ads Specialist is expected to own campaign outcomes, drive lead quality, manage budgets strategically, and bring proactive optimization thinking to every account they handle.



You will work closely with the Pod Manager and Account Managers and will be the performance authority within the pod. At this level, you are expected to mentor junior performance marketers, contribute to campaign strategy, and have direct conversations with clients on performance when needed. What This Role Is Not Not someone who only executes what is briefed without questioning the strategy Not someone who reports numbers without explaining what they mean and what to do next Not a junior marketer with more years of experience Not someone who needs to be told when to optimize Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy and Execution Plan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end across multiple client accounts Run campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta Feed, Reels, and Stories Own campaign architecture including structure, targeting, bidding strategy, ad copy, and budget allocation Develop campaign strategies aligned with client business
