Job Title: F&B; Captain

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B; Captain to join our team. As an F&B; Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. You will lead and supervise a team of service staff, maintain high standards of food and beverage service, and create a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff, including servers, bussers, and hosts/hostesses.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations during service periods.
- Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
- Train and mentor new service staff members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.




- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills

Preference to candidates from Goa or currently working in Goa. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
