We are looking for an experienced F&B; Controller to manage food & beverage cost control across our multi-outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor food & beverage costs across outlets
- Analyse cost and inventory variances
- Conduct physical audits of kitchens, stores & outlets
- Manage recipe costing, yields & portion control
- Analyse POS & inventory data
- Control wastage, stock variance & pilferage
- Work with Kitchen, Operations, Procurement, Stores & Finance
- Prepare MIS, dashboards & cost analysis
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support F&B; compliance and FSSAI procedures

Candidate Profile ✅ 5–10 years in F&B; Cost Control

✅ Multi-outlet restaurant experience preferred

✅ Strong Excel / Power BI skills

✅ POS + Inventory System experience

✅ Strong analytical & commercial mindset

✅ Knowledge of recipes, yields & portion control

✅ Ability to conduct physical outlet audits

✅ Awareness of FSSAI norms & procedures

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
