About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fashion Operations & Merchandising Executive to support our day-to-day operations across order fulfillment, inventory management, quality control, and brand activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced fashion environment and has robust organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Logistics

- Coordinate daily shipping and packing of customer orders.
- Track dispatched orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipments and proactively report any delays or issues.

CRM

- Track pending and delayed orders and share regular status reports with the team.
- Customer coordination for order queries, product recommendations and upselling, shipping updates, and order tracking.

Quality Control

- Conduct quality checks on stock received from manufacturing units.
- Perform QC checks before order dispatch and for store inventory to maintain brand standards.

Inventory Management





- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records across warehouse, backend systems, and retail stores.

Website Operations

- End-to-end Shopify Management including product uploads, tagging, categorisation, descriptions, pricing, imagery, collection mapping, and catalogue hygiene.
- Ensure effective product inter-linking and cross-sell/upsell placements.
- Reviews & Conversion Optimisation to ensure accurate product review mapping, website audits, and continuous optimisation of product discovery, navigation, and merchandising to improve conversion and AOV.

Requirements
- Relevant internship experience in fashion merchandising, operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
- Interest in fashion, retail operations, and brand building.
