We are looking for a permanent, full time team member to become the face of our real estate brand while also handling customer leads, calling and CRM.

This is a multi-functional role combining modelling, content creation, customer calling, lead follow-up, sales and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the face of our real estate brand for property videos, reels, walkthroughs and marketing campaigns.
- Appear in Instagram Reels, property videos, promotional videos and digital advertisements.
- Create engaging content around properties, projects, locations, investment opportunities and real estate.
- Work with the content/marketing team to plan and execute regular video content.
- Handle incoming property enquiries and leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, websites and advertising campaigns.
- Make calls to potential clients, understand their requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication until conversion.
- Manage and update the CRM, including lead details, follow-up dates, requirements, status and conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team and property consultants for site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain a database of prospects and ensure that no lead is missed.




- Assist in generating sales through consistent calling and follow-ups.

Who We Are Looking For
- Presentable, confident and camera-friendly personality.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content.
- Good sales and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management.
- Interest in real estate, property and investment.
- Willing to work as a permanent team member and grow with the company.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, modelling, content creation, telecalling or CRM will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can be the face of our real estate brand on social media, create attractive property content, and at the same time handle the business side of leads — calling customers, following up, managing CRM and helping convert enquiries into site visits and sales.

This is not a freelance modelling role. We are looking for someone who wants to join us permanently and grow with the company.

Pay: ₹8,436.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
