Role Description The Fashion Designer at Sajilo_Official will design new collections that reflect the brand’s aesthetic, from concept sketches and mood boards to final samples. This contract, on-site role based in Jaipur involves selecting fabrics and trims, developing embroidery and surface design concepts, and collaborating with pattern makers and production teams to ensure accurate fits and high-quality finishes. The designer will participate in fittings, adjust designs based on feedback, and maintain consistency in sizing and construction.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends, refining textile choices,



coordinating with merchandising and marketing on lookbooks or campaign concepts, and ensuring designs align with sustainability and brand standards. The role also requires close collaboration with local artisans and manufacturers to maintain craftsmanship and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Fashion Design and Fashion skills, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Embroidery skills, with the ability to design and oversee detailed surface embellishments.
- Candidates should possess practical Fitting skills, ensuring garments meet comfort, style, and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Textiles, including fabric properties, drape, durability, and sustainable material options.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with luxury or premium apparel brands and familiarity with Indian and global fashion trends is beneficial.
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Jaipur with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other fashion CAD software) is an advantage.
