Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultant with a robust background in the fine jewellery industry. As a part of GIVA, one of India's fastest-growing fine silver and jewellery brands, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences, driving sales targets, and representing our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly, understand their preferences, and expertly guide them through our jewellery collections to maximize sales conversion.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (gold, silver, and fine jewellery collections).

- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, product specifications, and pricing to educate customers effectively.

- Customer Relationship Management:



Build lasting relationships with patrons to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

- Store Operations: Assist with daily store merchandising, inventory checks, billing, and maintaining brand visual standards.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of strict retail sales experience specifically within the jewellery industry.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Grade) or equivalent degree.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
