Factory Supervisor – Graphite Machining

Role: Factory Supervisor – Graphite Machining

Experience: 3–7 years in manufacturing / graphite machining

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day graphite machining and production activities.
- Manage operators and ensure smooth production workflow.
- Plan production as per schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Monitor CNC/VMC and other machining operations.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.
- Monitor machine utilization, material consumption and production efficiency.
- Identify and resolve machining and production issues.
- Maintain production records, reports and shift documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety,



5S and housekeeping standards.
- Train and guide operators on processes and safety procedures.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of graphite machining and CNC operations.
- Robust production planning and team-handling skills.
- Understanding of drawings, measurements and quality standards.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety and lean manufacturing practices.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
