We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day manufacturing, production, and store activities in our flour mill machinery manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise complete production and manufacturing activities from raw material to finished products.
- Manage and monitor factory workers, fitters, welders, and helpers.
- Ensure proper quality, accuracy, and timely completion of machines and components.
- Manage raw material, finished goods, tools, and inventory in the store.
- Maintain proper stock records, material inward/outward, and consumption reports.
Experience: 1–3 years in machinery manufacturing or a similar industry. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
