Job Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee complete factory operations related to graphite machining and manufacturing.

- Plan daily production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.

- Manage CNC/VMC machining operations, production planning, and workflow.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.

- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with required specifications and standards.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

- Reduce machining rejection, scrap, downtime, and production losses.

- Monitor machine maintenance and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

- Develop and implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce costs.

- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and factory policies.

- Handle manpower planning, team supervision, performance monitoring, and training.

- Maintain production reports, MIS, inventory records, and other operational documentation.





- Identify operational issues and take corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure smooth coordination between shop floor and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.

- 8+ years of experience in factory/plant management, preferably in graphite machining, CNC machining, or precision manufacturing.

- Strong knowledge of machining processes, production planning, and quality control.

- Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor operations.

- Valuable knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage production targets and factory operations independently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
