Roles & Responsibilities of factory facility team

1. Issue Identification

- Identify and assess internal facility/infrastructure issues related to:

- Civil works
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

- HVAC systems

1. Complaint Handling & Response

- Attend to issues promptly based on complaints logged by internal teams
- Ensure quick response and prioritization based on criticality

1. Vendor Coordination & Solution Identification

- Identify suitable vendors/service providers or engage existing vendors
- Explain the issue and obtain technical assessment & proposed solution
- Ensure the solution aligns with operational requirements

1. Coordination with Purchase Team

- Share scope of work and vendor details with purchase/procurement team





- Support in finalizing

- Commercial terms

- Cost estimates
- Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders (POs)

1. Work Execution Monitoring

- Supervise vendor/service provider during execution

- Ensure work is completed
- As per defined scope of work

- Within agreed timeline

- With required quality and safety standards

1. Progress Tracking & Reporting

- Track and document:

- Work progress

- Completion status
- Provide regular updates to management
- Highlight delays, risks, or escalations if any
