Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary HR contact for all plant employees.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

- Oversee recruitment and hiring for the plant to ensure staffing needs are met.

- Develop and execute workforce planning and strategies for talent pipeline development.

- Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview, and onboard new hires.

Labor Relations:

- Manage relationships with unions, if applicable, and handle collective bargaining processes.

- Address grievances, resolve labor disputes, and ensure adherence to labor contracts.

- Facilitate communication between management and union representatives.

Training & Development:

- Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs for plant employees.

- Promote continuous learning and leadership development for team growth.

- Conduct compliance, safety, and operational training as required.

Performance Management:





- Guide managers on conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback.

- Address performance issues and develop improvement plans as necessary.

- Manage annual review cycles and ensure fairness in performance appraisals.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, health, and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with the Safety Department to maintain protected working conditions.

- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.
