We are setting up our new manufacturing facility at Murbad MIDC, scheduled to commence operations from 20th October. We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Production / Factory Incharge who can take ownership of day-to-day factory operations and help us build a high-quality, productive and cost-competitive manufacturing system.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day production and factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved within committed timelines.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower, machines, materials and workflow to achieve on-time delivery.
- Lead and coordinate with Stores, Transformer, Assembly, Testing and Quality departments for smooth production.
- Ensure proper testing, inspection and quality control of UPS, inverters, transformers and other power-electronic products before dispatch.
- Identify production bottlenecks, manufacturing problems and quality issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with the Service Department and collect field feedback from service engineers to identify recurring failures and opportunities for improving UPS/product design.
- Work with the technical/design team to convert service feedback into practical design and manufacturing improvements.
- Continuously improve productivity, manufacturing processes, quality and reliability.




- Monitor and control production costs, wastage, rework, rejection and material consumption to make our products competitive in the market.
- Establish and maintain proper SOPs, testing procedures, production records and quality standards.
- Provide regular inputs and MIS reports to Senior Management regarding production, quality, manpower, delivery, cost and improvement opportunities.
- Develop a disciplined, accountable and safety-conscious production team.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is more than a production supervisor—a person who can think like a Factory Manager and act like a Problem Solver.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong practical knowledge of Power Electronics, UPS, Inverters, SMPS, Transformers and related products.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, testing and troubleshooting of power-electronic equipment.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and understand electrical/electronic circuit diagrams and technical specifications.
- Robust coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to analyse production failures and find root causes rather than temporary solutions.
- Commercial understanding of production cost and productivity.
- A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
