Job Summary

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – Facilities to manage facility, engineering and maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of critical infrastructure across our centre.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge, experience in managing facility and engineering teams, vendor management experience, and the ability to minimise operational downtime.

Candidates with experience managing multiple sites, regional operations or Pan-India facilities will be preferred. Candidates with strong regional experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end facility and maintenance operations across the centre.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil and other critical infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Lead, supervise and manage facility and technical teams.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, AMCs and service partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and minimise operational downtime.
- Monitor AMC schedules, maintenance plans, service reports and facility records.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and identify potential issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Finance, HR and other internal teams.
- Monitor maintenance expenditure and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.




- Take ownership of critical facility issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance, vendors, service reports and facility activities.

Required Experience and Skills
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Engineering or Maintenance.
- Experience in facility management within FEC, entertainment, malls, hospitality, hotels, retail or large-format commercial operations is preferred.
- Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing electrical, HVAC, plumbing and civil maintenance.
- Proven experience in team management and vendor/contractor management.
- Positive knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown management.
- Understanding of safety, statutory and operational compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple sites, regional operations or Pan-India facilities will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
