Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This unique role combines responsibilities across human resources, office administration, client relationship management, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will also manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site operational role involving:

- Managing housekeeping and security staff
- Coordinating and negotiating with vendors
- Handling maintenance and repairs
- Managing inventory and office supplies
- Ensuring overall cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the premises
- Taking ownership of daily operational responsibilities





Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication)
- Prior experience in office administration, facilities, or operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday)

Employment Details

- Working Hours & Days: 9 hours per day excluding breaks, Monday to Saturday.
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Leave: 10 days per year.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
